2. Personal data we process

a) Accreditation data you send us by email: first name and surname, company or fund, role, email address, area of interest and any further information you choose to include in your message. b) Technical data generated by your visit: IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, date and time of the request, produced in server logs by our hosting provider Netlify. c) Local preferences saved in your browser: your language choice and your cookie choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Managing your accreditation request and replying to you — Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / EU GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). Sending you information and updates about the Monaco Robot Summit 2027 — Article 6(1)(a) (your consent, given when you write to us asking to be accredited; withdrawable at any time). Keeping the site available, secure and free from abuse — Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in the security of our infrastructure). Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations — Article 6(1)(c).

4. Providing your data

Providing your data is voluntary. Without the accreditation data listed in point 2(a) we cannot process your request or issue an invitation, because that information is what the accreditation consists of. No special category data (Article 9) is requested; please do not include any in your message.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to McRevo Ltd staff authorised and instructed to handle accreditation, and it is processed on our behalf, under Article 28 data processing agreements, by: Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) which hosts this website and generates the server logs; GoDaddy (GoDaddy.com, LLC and GoDaddy Online Services Cayman Islands Ltd.) which provides the email service used for the info@mci.club mailbox; and the technical and organisational suppliers of the event, bound by confidentiality. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

6. International transfers

Netlify and GoDaddy process data in the United States and in other countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum included in the data processing agreements of both providers, and, where applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, together with the additional safeguards those instruments require. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by writing to info@mci.club

7. Retention

Accreditation data: for the organisation of the event and for 24 months after it closes, then deletion or anonymisation. Data used for information and updates: until you withdraw consent or object, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Server logs: normally up to 12 months, longer only where needed to investigate a security incident. Data kept for legal or accounting obligations: for the period those obligations prescribe.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and a copy of it, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, and its portability; to object to processing based on our legitimate interest; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to info@mci.club — we respond within one month.

9. Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country of residence — for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

10. Automated decisions and children

We take no decisions about you by automated means alone and we do not carry out profiling. This site is not directed at children under 16; accreditation is for professional attendees only.

11. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page with a new update date. Material changes affecting you are also communicated by email.

Sono accessibili al personale di McRevo Ltd autorizzato e istruito alla gestione degli accrediti e sono trattati per nostro conto, con accordi ai sensi dell’art. 28, da: Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), che ospita questo sito e genera i log di server; GoDaddy (GoDaddy.com, LLC e GoDaddy Online Services Cayman Islands Ltd.), che fornisce il servizio email della casella info@mci.club; i fornitori tecnici e organizzativi dell’evento, vincolati alla riservatezza. I dati possono essere comunicati alle autorità pubbliche quando previsto dalla legge.

6. Trasferimenti extra‑UE

Netlify e GoDaddy trattano dati negli Stati Uniti e in altri Paesi fuori dal Regno Unito e dallo Spazio economico europeo. Tali trasferimenti si fondano sulle Clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea e sull’International Data Transfer Addendum del Regno Unito, inclusi negli accordi sul trattamento dei dati di entrambi i fornitori, e, ove applicabile, sull’EU–US Data Privacy Framework e sulla sua estensione UK, con le garanzie aggiuntive richieste da tali strumenti. 7. Conservazione

Dati di accredito: per l’organizzazione dell’evento e per 24 mesi dalla sua chiusura, poi cancellazione o anonimizzazione. Hai diritto di chiedere l’accesso ai tuoi dati personali e una copia degli stessi, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità; di opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse; di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza che ciò pregiudichi la liceità del trattamento svolto prima della revoca. This site sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. It uses only strictly necessary local storage, which under Regulation 6(4) of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive does not require consent because it is essential to provide the service you requested.

mrs-lang — stores your language choice (EN or IT) so the site reopens in the language you selected. Strictly necessary. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Google Fonts sets no cookies, but delivering the font files requires your IP address to reach Google’s servers, where it is processed as a controller under Google’s privacy policy. Videos and images on this page are served from our own hosting on Netlify, not from third-party players, so no third-party cookie is set by playing them. Netlify records requests in server logs; it sets no cookie on this site. Email you send to info@mci.club is handled by GoDaddy, our email provider.

4. If we add analytics

Should we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, they will be loaded only after you give consent through the banner, and this policy will be updated before they go live.

5. Managing your choices

You can reopen the banner at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and you can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. The site keeps working after deletion: it simply reopens in English and asks you about cookies once more.
